PERAN CSR PRODUK KOSMETIK TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN KOTA BATAM

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence customer loyalty in use of cosmetic products. Data were collected through distribution online questionnaires Google Forms with 430 respondents. The population this research is people Batam City who have used products from brands CSR such as Body Shop, L'Oreal, Estee Lauder, Kiehl's, Garnier, Innisfree, Wardah, Emina, Somethinc, Avoskin, Sensatia Botanicals, and BLP Beauty. utilizes a sampling technique non-probability purposive sampling. data will be processed using Partial Least Squares method. results are satisfaction, trust, perceived product quality, service cost, corporate social responsibility, engagement all behavior terms loyalty.
